In January 2018, the institute was accredited by the International Accreditation Service (IAS) for testing laboratories for the first time, certificate number: TL-781. The accredited testing fields of the Institute include: testing of non-load-bearing fire-resistant components, testing of non-combustible performance of building materials, environmental testing, water quality and testing of public places, workplaces and indoor air.

The Institute was first accredited by the International Accreditation Service (IAS) as an inspection agency in September 2020, certificate number: AA-795 (Type A). The areas of inspection for which the institute has been accredited include: inspection of fire protection installations and inspection of air conditioning installations .
