The institute was accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) in July 2014, with the certificate number: CNAS L7034; in May 2019, CNAS organized an on-site review of the institute for re-evaluation and extension, maintaining the accreditation qualification. Our accredited testing fields include: ultrasonic, magnetic particle, X-ray, penetration, visual inspection and coating thickness measurement of metal materials and components; water quality and public places, workplaces and indoor air testing; non-load-bearing refractory components testing; elevators , Safety performance testing of hoisting machinery.

On August 1, 2019, the Institute was first approved by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) for the application for accreditation of inspection agencies, with the certificate number: CNAS IB0764. The approved inspection objects, items and inspection activities of the Institute include: inspection items for traction elevators, hydraulic elevators, escalators and moving walks; inspection items for tower cranes, general overhead cranes, and construction lifts.
