The cooperation protocol signed by the Bureau of Land, Public Works and Transport and the Macau Institute of Development and Quality, the Macau Institute of Development and Quality will formulate laws and regulations to the Bureau of Land, Public Works and Transport; analyze technical documents; provide professional expertise in the field of electromechanical and mechanical Technical advice; follow up on the quality of electrical and mechanical systems, building services systems, gas systems and welding work, and provide professional services.

    The cooperation protocol was signed on March 11, 2010 by the Director of the Land, Public Works and Transport Bureau, Mr. Jia Lian, and the Chairman of the Council of the Macau Institute of Development and Quality, Mr. Tan Liwu
